Notice to Association:

Each and every time an owner intends to sell or transfer his or her lot, he or she shall give written notice to the Association of such intention, together with the name, address, and telephone numbers of the intended purchaser or transferee, as required by Florida Statute Section 617.303(4) (F) and, to the extent available, the name and telephone numbers of persons to contact in case of emergency. This written notice shall be given by U.S. mail to Camino Gardens Association, Inc., P.O. Box 274, Boca Raton, FL 33486.

Selling your Home:

New residents are automatically members of Camino Gardens Association, Inc. Florida Law requires that we have on file certain information regarding members of the Association. If you are a new homeowner in Camino Gardens, do the following:Contact the Membership Chairperson and obtain a new member registration form and copies of the Deed Restrictions & By-Laws, Appearance Standards, and Architectural Standards. Please be aware that there is a $150 estoppel fee for home sales and a $75 estoppel fee for homeowners refinancing. Provide a copy of your deed for retention in our membership files.

Open House Signs:

Contact Camino Gardens Association at 561-543-6351 to borrow a Camino Gardens Open House Sign. There is a refundable $100 deposit.

Leasing your Home:

You may not lease your home until after you have owned it for 18 months. You may only have one lease, of not less than three monthsâ duration, during a 12 month period. Your proposed lease must be submitted to and approved by the Board prior to entering into a lease. Tenants are subject to all Deed Restrictions, Rules and Regulations, etc., as are residents/owners in Camino Gardens. Tenants who repeatedly violate rules may be evicted by the Board after proper notice to the owner. A $75 registration fee is required for each lease. A lessee/tenant registration form is available from the Membership Chairperson. Sub-leasing is not permitted in Camino Gardens.
