The Camino Gardens Board of Directors has made the decision to resume managing the day to day matters of the Homeowners Association. As we transition from Haag Management, we have also decided to use this opportunity to update, verify and delete information regarding resident and financial data into a new system that will be maintained by the Board.

The 2007 year will be a challenging one as the Board deals with the ongoing administrative duties and architectural appearance responsibilities. Several of the issues that I see the Board dealing with in my tenure are:

         1. Further improving the appearance of the primary entrances into Camino
             Gardens.
         2. Completion of the IRIS water hook-up project with the City of Boca
             Raton.
         3. Improving the various CG waterways both from an appearance and
             clean-up standpoint.
         4. Maintaining and enforcing our architectural standards.
