| Camino Gardens Association, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation, the purpose of which is to set and enforce restrictions of record and rules and regulations which enhance property values and favorably affect the quality of living in Camino Gardens. Each homeowner in Camino Gardens is automatically a member of the Camino Gardens Association, and homeowners and lessees are subject to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictive Covenants of Camino Gardens. Directors of the Association are elected for three-year terms, and officers, elected by the directors, serve for the fiscal year beginning April 1st.
