Camino Gardens

Camino Gardens Association, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation, the purpose of which is to set and enforce restrictions of record and rules and regulations which enhance property values and favorably affect the quality of living in Camino Gardens.

Each homeowner in Camino Gardens is automatically a member of the Camino Gardens Association, and homeowners and lessees are subject to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictive Covenants of Camino Gardens.

Directors of the Association are elected for three-year terms, and officers, elected by the directors, serve for the fiscal year beginning April 1st.

The Summary of Deed Restrictions provides a ready reference to restrictions which all homeowners must follow as members of our Association. Please review the rules now and again. Your Board of Directors has the responsibility for enforcing them, and your cooperation in their observance is necessary to maintain the high quality of our community. A Request for Changes to your property must be approved by the board and has been included on this Web Site in .PDF format for your convenience.
